Standard troches are often bulky and notoriously difficult for patients to remove from their disposable plastic troche molds. Additionally, they are slow to absorb and uncomfortable due to their sharp corners.

Introducing R.D. Troche Molds from TICKERWORKS: durable, bendable, and reusable compounding molds. Each mold features one hundred cavities, each with a volume capacity of 0.5mL. The cavities are designed with scoring for easy halving of the troche, accommodating specific dosage requirements. Rather than filling individual troche cavities one by one, your compounding staff can now fill hundreds simultaneously.
With TICKERWORKS compounding molds, you have the freedom to choose your packaging. Whether it's certified child-resistant packaging (CFR 1700 and ISO 8317 compliant), non-child-resistant packaging, or tamper-evident packaging with seals, the choice is entirely yours. You can even seamlessly transfer troches into blister packs such as the Medi-Dose System (Medi-Cup© mini-Blisters MD125/425).
All molds must be calibrated by the recipient upon receipt to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
