TICKERWORKS' new 2mL Troche Mold empowers your laboratory team to effortlessly compound Troches, Rapid Dissolve Tablets (RDTs), and Pet Treats particularly for medications prescribed for pain, inflammation, erectile dysfunction, and other health conditions demanding larger amounts of active ingredients. With this innovative mold, you can easily compound up to 600mg of most active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) per cavity. It boasts 30 cavities, each with a 2mL volume capacity and an integrated trough for collecting excess material. This mold is perfectly suited for accommodating medications with elevated API requirements.

Our cutting-edge compounding technology enables a single mold to produce Pet Treats, Rapid Dissolve Tablets (RDTs), and Troches, offering significant cost savings for your organization and reducing the demand for limited laboratory space. This 2mL per cavity, compounding mold creates scored round-troches, pet treats, and RDTs in just minutes.

To create RDTs, simply compress the mixture with a Tamper (sold separately) designed to fit over a row of ten cavities and bake for approximately 20 minutes. The mold also includes ejectors beneath it, making it easy to remove the compounded product in cases where it doesn't automatically release from the mold when flipped. This mold is crafted from food-grade silicone, and each purchase includes a calibration formula.
