Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.)

At TICKERWORKS Inc., we’re pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $295!

Your shopping cart will automatically reflect this savings at checkout—no code needed.

For orders under $295, standard shipping rates will apply and be shown at checkout.

After placing your order, we’ll provide an estimated shipping and delivery date based on:

  • Order Quantity

TICKERWORKS reserves the right to edit shipping costs post-order to account for unexpected fees, taxes, or tariffs.

 

International Shipping Policy

TICKERWORKS Inc. proudly ships worldwide! International shipping rates vary depending on your location.

All international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Customs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery. TICKERWORKS reserves the right to edit shipping costs post-order to account for unexpected fees, taxes, or tariffs.

Returns Policy

Only items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for a return or replacement and must be pre-approved first. All sales beyond 30 days are non-returnable. Products damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return. A 25% restocking fee may apply to any approved refund order. Shipping is non-refundable. Although we do not charge shipping on orders over $295, there are shipping costs associated with the purchase. All returns are subject to shipping costs. Consumer is responsible for all return costs on pre-approved refund claims.

Please call our customer service department at (916) 850-0132 to begin a Return Merchandise Authorization. Carefully pack the product(s) using the original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e., name, address, phone number, online order number, and email address. Ship the return prepaid via your delivery service with tracking information to our address below. Please add insurance to your return. TICKERWORKS, Inc. will not be held responsible for damages through the return shipment. Damages may prevent your RMA from being accepted.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
